Have firearms safety instruction so that you can understand why safety is so important. Learn about the history of firearms and the theories of Ballistics. Study the structure and parts of revolver and semi-automatic pistols. Learn the proper way to hold a firearm to maximize accuracy. Learn the aiming techniques of sight picture and sight alignment. Receive training on the Use of Deadly Force and your liabilities when this force is used. Fire 150 rounds at a specified target on an indoor firing range. This course meets all of the mandatory requirements set by the Secretary of State for the Private Detective Concealed Weapon's License, and the Private Security Exposed Weapons' license. A State Licensed Classroom and Firearms Instructor will present the instruction.
