His is currently the editor of "Truth of Consequences", the official newsletter of the Georgia Polygraph Association. He has written numerous articles on polygraph matters and issues. He has conducted all types of polygraph examinations, totaling in excess of 7000.

Some of the types of polygraph examinations that are offered at this time, under the services of the Agency, are Criminal Defense, Domestic Issues, Civil Matters, Pre-employment, and Internal Theft. Pre-employment and Internal Theft polygraphs fall under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA).

The Criminal Defense category, there will be basically three types of testing situations. The first situation will be when the accused person requests that he/she be given an examination to prove that he/she did not do the things that they are accused of doing. Under these circumstances, many times, the accused person does not have an attorney. In all instances we recommend that they get an attorney as soon as possible to assist them in their defense. In each instance the accused claims that they are innocent and wishes to prove that innocence by passing a polygraph examination.

The second category is when the examination is request by the attorney. This is where the accused has been arrested and is pending some type of judicial proceedings and the attorney wishes to confirm that their defendant did or did not commit the crime of which they are accused. Normally these are protected under the attorney client privilege and we send all the report to the attorney directly. In the first situation, the reports are sent to the accused.

The third category is to prepare for a stipulated polygraph examination. In this instance, again, this is requested by an attorney. And the attorney wishes to know if their client will be able to pass a polygraph examination administered by someone designated by the district attorney. In order to make sure, before they enter into a final agreement, the attorney will send the person to take an examination at this agency. If the person passes the test and found to be truthful when they said they did not commit the crime. This accomplishes two things: gives the attorney the information they need to move forward with the stipulated examination and verifies the truthfulness of what the person is saying. It gives the person the practice and the experience of having taken the polygraph examination because most of these individuals have never had a polygraph examination in the past. It also will help them be a little better prepared to take the stipulated examination. In some instances, very experienced and highly recognized attorneys recommend a person take at least three examinations prior to the final stipulated examination so they can have this recurring experience and prepare for that stipulated examination.
