Fifth, we prepare a "Time Line" of the pertinent events that occurred before, during and after the alleged criminal act.

Sixth, we view all physical evidence that has been accumulated by the Police and the Prosecutor.

Seventh, we interview all witnesses identified by the Prosecutor and by the Defense Attorney, which includes the "Expert Witnesses".

Eighth, we look at the background and "professional credentials" of all witnesses.

Ninth, we bring all of this evidence and information together in an organized and identifiable manner.

Tenth, we are present to assist the Attorney and Defendant during the complex process of the trial.
