Do's and Don'ts of Infidelity

Do
• Pay attention to gut feelings
• Keep a journal of habits, conversations, activities, etc
• Pay close attention to increased spending
• Check clothing for stains, odors, and secretions
• Check wallet, glove box, purse, or briefcase for receipts, phone numbers, or contraceptives
• Keep track of the mileage on his/her car
• Monitor the time they leave for work and the time they come home
• Compare pay stubs with the amount of time claimed as spent in the office
• Pay attention to phone calls in which the conversation is quick or quiet
• Pay attention to cell phone records, maybe get a detailed billing
• Record the time and date of hang-ups and wrong numbers
